The QualityLink project worked towards a seamless and interoperable environment for sharing quality data on study programmes, courses, and micro-credentials from diverse sources. The consortium built on existing standards and systems wherever possible, and proposed new standards only where needed — ideally by extending existing standards or data models.
To ensure the work was on the right track, the consortium invited a number of experts to join a Standards Consultation Board. The Board reviewed and provided feedback on concept papers and draft standards. Members brought a broad range of expertise and perspectives in technical standardisation, data aggregation, quality, metrics, and recognition of micro-credentials and qualifications.
