Planned Course of Action

QualityLink is dedicated to creating a seamless and interoperable environment for sharing quality data across European higher education by developing a pilot platform that will aggregate relevant quality information, improving the decision-making process for all stakeholders and fostering a more flexible and learner-centric educational landscape.

  • Define quality domains and indicators.
  • Test relevance of indicators with stakeholders.
  • Create inventory of relevant data sources.
  • Assess technical feasibility of aggregating data.
  • Create open standards to identify and match courses.
  • Create open standards for publishing and aggregating interoperable quality information.
  • Test the newly developed standards with selected institutions and data sources.
  • Pilot one-stop-shop platform that aggregates quality information from different sources.

Quality Domains and Indicators

Based on the five quality domains, the project partners have assembled a set of nearly 30 concrete, measurable indicators for quality. For each indicator, one or more possible data sources have been identified.

Mock-Up of the Platform

The mock-up illustrates how one of the final products of QualityLink, the prototype platform, might look. The mock-ups have been designed based on example data and reviewed within the project consortium.
