Quality Domains and Indicators

The quality domains define five broad areas of quality that are of relevance for different stakeholders:
1. Content Relevance, Labour Market Demand and Accuracy
2. Teaching Methods and Pedagogy
3. Accessibility and Inclusivity
4. Learner-Centred Approach, Satisfaction and Success
5. Institutional Reputation

Based on the five quality domains, the project partners have assembled a set of nearly 30 concrete,
measurable indicators for quality. For each indicator, one or more possible data sources have been identified.

These indicators are the fundament for QualityLink’s further work. Through focus groups and surveys,
the consortium will seek feedback from students and other stakeholders as to the relevance of the
indicators. Secondly, the technical feasibility of aggregating data from the identified sources will be
analysed in the next steps.
